Grayle: a new platform that finds your size when shopping for shoes online.

Buying footwear online can be a challenge. When we talk to people online or over email, our number one priority is making sure we have all the necessary information at our disposal to help get you in the correct size.

That’s why we're partnering up with Grayle,

a community-based platform that helps you find shoes that fit. We encourage you to join the community and submit your sizing info.

It's easy!

You just submit the shoes you already own in their respective sizes. If you have Brannock sizing info you can add that as well. 

Once you’ve registered, our team can reference your sizing information via your Grayle username - be sure to include it when you contact us.

For non-EU customers:

Be it the UK, US, Canada, or wherever: a considerable amount of our customers are from outside the EU. Because returns are not as easy, it's great to get that size right. It takes time and commitment from the customer's and our side with a lot of mailing back and forth to figure it out. And we do figure it out! But with Grayle, we can speed up the process and make it a more effortless experience for you.
