What are 'B-grades'?

Inherent in a handmade product is that you'll always have some tiny imperfections. That's what makes it handmade: a computer makes things exact; a person does not and should not.
However, sometimes we have a finished shoe with a point of contention that we consider unsuitable for being sold at full price, according to our critical opinion. This can include: minor scuffs or creases on the leather, inconsistent stitching, needle or other constructional defects, slight color variations.

Why consider a B-grade?

Because you love a bargain! And don't mind minor flaws. They're still beautiful and constructionally sound shoes. Our benchmark is that the defects are not noticeable to another person looking at your feet.
